THE GREEK ALPHABET

There are twenty-four letters in the Greek alphabet; given here with the English pronunciations. It should be pointed out that there are a number of discrepancies between Greek and the Anglicized way of pronunciation, as you would quickly determine if you were to study the Greek language. However, it will suffice you to learn the English pronunciations listed below, since they are in general usage on American campuses today.
